With over fifteen years’ experience in the lettings industry, James has established himself as a trusted adviser within the prime Surrey markets. Prior to joining The Agency group/ Fine and country, James has successfully led high-performing lettings departments, overseeing some of the region’s most desirable homes and advising landlords and tenants throughout every stage of the lettings journey.

Renowned for his attention to detail and commitment to client care, James believes that successful property relationships are built on trust, communication and a genuine understanding of individual needs. His approachable nature and extensive experience enable him to provide thoughtful, strategic advice while creating long-lasting relationships with clients.

Outside of the office James is a big family man with two young daughters, Polly & Peggy that keep him busy, but when he can find the time he is a keen sportsman, both playing and spectating.
