The Agency Group was founded in 2020 by Sean Barrett & Dannie Walton, directors of Fine & Country, a global network of over 300 offices. The decision was made that there was a gap in the market to offer clients a property marketing specialist with a sprinkle of estate agency.

Utilising market leading methods of promoting properties on not only the standard property portals such as Rightmove & Zoopla but also social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & TikTok, The Agency Group’s ability to maximise the exposure of their clients homes has yielded instant results. A marketing led approach is what is required in the modern market and simply relying on Rightmove and Zoopla to generate buyers and tenants is not enough. As the ancient Greek philosopher Heraclitus said, the only thing constant is change. Unfortunately, estate agents approach in the UK have remained wholly unchanged.

The Agency Group are determined to continuously develop and evolve and provide a truly unique approach to selling and renting homes in prime locations across the UK and overseas. Watch this space………
